Cell Phones
For the courtesy of all clients, please put cell phones and pagers on silent mode

Children
In order for us to spend quality time with you to achieve your goals in how you look and feel, we ask that children not be brought to the salon unless the child has an appointment scheduled. This policy is meant to provide safety for the child, as well as to minimize distraction for other clients. Thank you for your understanding of this policy and adhering to it

Cancellations
Also, we ask for the courtesy of a notice of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel your perm, colour or highlight service. We also require a notice of cancellation of at least eight hours for hair services. This will enable us enough time to contact and accommodate other clients who would love to use the time. If an appointment is not cancelled which results to be a no-show, you may be subject to a charge for that particular service
