We require that all new guests to our salon book a 15-minute consultation appointment for all chemical related hair ser vices prior to scheduling their appointment. This will ensure that we are able to schedule the appropriate time needed for your ser vice and quote an estimate for the cost based on your individual need. A fee of $25.00 will be charged at the time of the consultation, which will then be deducted from the actual chemical ser vice the day it is received. The consultation fee cannot be refunded if the ser vice is not received.

Aveda Stress-Relieving treatments cannot be performed prior to these services due to the fact that we are working with chemicals on the scalp and hair line, which may cause irritation
